This extremely unique prepaid VoIP system is currently being used in many call centers (call shops) and by business owners and home owners in the Caribbean Islands. This is one of the only Prepaid VoIP systems of it kind. This means that the end user can TOP UP his account without using a credit card.

There are two ways to make phone calls.

a)    With a calling card.

b)    With an actual account. Use an activation code to create an account.

The system is completely prepaid and the end user can choose from a variety of products.

Since this is a VoIP system the customer does need to have Internet access to be able to terminate a call. If the customer has a calling card, they do not need Internet but the place where the customer will go to make the call needs Internet service.

Calling cards

Calling cards can be purchased from distributors to make calls. With calling cards you as master distributor can set the rate, additional charges per call, expiration date and monthly recurring charges (MRC.)

Vouchers

Vouchers are used to add money to the customer’s account. You can increase the account balance on a PIN and on the actual account. When the customer is using a VoIP product, 00# can be dialed, or 00 and the dial button on the soft phone, the system asks for a password, and after this has been entered, there will be several options. When the end user presses 6 the system will announce the balance and ask to add a voucher number to increase the account balance.  This means that the end user can TOP UP the account without going online.

Activation codes

Activation codes are actually real accounts. We have two types of account. Activation codes with virtual number 999474----  or a real DID number. A DID means that the customer’s account number will be a real telephone number. These numbers could be USA numbers or Mexican numbers.

There will be a monthly recurring charge on these numbers, but we set that. We have a cost from the telecommunications provider and then we can mark up the MRC to cover our expenses.

The actual products

SoftPhone

Anyone can make phone calls right away should they have a computer, Internet access and an activation code.

With an activation code, the customer types in the web address of the VoIP site we created, goes to LOGIN, then clicks on the second button at the top (already have an activation code) and then enters the code. The customer creates an account and can click on the button where they can download a SoftPhone and within minutes can make phone calls to anywhere in the world.

USB phone with flash memory built in

This is a small phone with a cord and a USB connector. This phone can be plugged into any USB port and since the driver is built in, a little soft phone will open on the computer screen and phone calls can be made. This little phone has almost every feature that a regular phone with your local phone company offers. Voice mail with voice mail to e-mail, call forwarding, conference calling, etc.

WiFi phone

This phone is very handy as you can log into any open network and make phone calls as if you are calling from a landline out of the USA. When we have a Mexican DID, the calls will be terminated as if it is a call from Mexico. The cost could be up to 80% lower than the local telephone companies. When a network is closed the phone can log in as if it is a computer by using the WEP key provided by the network owner.

GSM/WiFi VoIP phone

This phone is the ultimate calling device. You can put your own sim card from your regular cellular phone into this phone and make phone calls just like a regular cellular phone. When you are in an area where there is wireless Internet, you simply press one button and switch over from GSM to VoIP and make phone calls through our VoIP system. You can switch back and forth as you like and this phone can also log onto any network with a WEP key.

One port and two port ATAs with or without built in routers

We offer a large variety of VoIP ATA gateways, depending on the needs of the end user. We have one port and two port gateways. We have them available with or without the router built in. When the router is built in, you basically plug the unit directly to the Internet and then make phone calls. You can plug your computer into the gateway as use it as a regular router.

We use 4 and 8 port gateways in call shops. We create the account with a zero balance so that the end user needs to press 9# and then enter their PIN from their calling card that they purchased to be able to make a call.

In offices where we need many lines, we can install 4 port and 8 port gateways that we can connect to a PABX. This will allow the customer to pick up the phone and make inexpensive calls wherever they want to call. They can connect to VoIP or make local calls like normal through the local carrier.

Video phone

These phones are unique in that you can see the person you call while talking with them. You do need high speed Internet to be able to make phone calls and to be able to have a free flow of streamed data. When your Internet speed is not up to standard, you might have small pauses between screen shots, but with a normal DSL Internet speed you should be able to make calls with no jitter.

Master distributor and sub distributor

Once we have created a master distributor, we load the account with pin numbers, vouchers and activation codes. The customer chooses the color, look and feel of the site we build for them.

This customer can generate as many distributors under his network as he wishes, and can also decide what commission the sub distributors will earn on credit card recharges.

When a master distributor creates a distributor and that distributor issues an account to an end user and that end user add funds to his account with a credit card online, the distributor will earn the commission that the master distributor set for him.

Here is an example:

The Master distributor earns 20% total commission on any call through his network. The Master distributor creates a distributor and assigns 10% commission. When the end user adds funds with a credit card to the account, the distributor will earn 10% and the master distributor will earn 10%.  

Back end features on the billing system

The master distributor can view every call terminated on his system within the last three months by week, day, hour, minute or second and even can view live calls taking place. The master distributor can also view all the details of each of their distributors such as balances, calls made and commissions due.

Any distributor can create a sub distributor and the master distributor and distributor can view all details on the sub distributors system.

How does the money flow work?

The master distributor will order product such as activation codes (accounts), vouchers and PINs at a discounted price. The master distributor will sell directly to his end users. The master distributor can create distributors. Distributors will buy products at a discounted price from their master distributor, and sell to their own end users. The distributors can create sub distributors, and these sub distributors buy product from their distributors at a discounted price and sell to their end users.

This is pretty much as when you have a Coca Cola plant, and you have distributors buying directly from the plant and selling to super markets. You then have smaller minimarkets buying from the super markets and sell to the end users who do not have access to the super markets.

Where do the master distributors buy their actual VoIP hardware from?

A master distributor will be given training on how to provision the products they will sell, or will order products already preprogrammed and ready to be used. Each product comes with an activation code and the end user needs to create the account (activate the activation code) for the VoIP product to work.

We allow master distributors to buy their products from their own sources and provision their products themselves. This will keep the cost of the products reasonable as we do not have to ship to that country. The VOIP products to be purchased must be unlocked and certified by us.

How much money can be made?

Assume you as a master distributor have ten distributors and each of those distributors have ten sub distributors and each of the distributors and sub distributors have only ten accounts under each. This would be a total of 1000 accounts.

Should you profit only $1 per day from each account you could be earning $30,000 per month with one hundred percent full control over your own system.

Complete co-branding

The system will not show any other name. We can offer you our customer support, or you can do your own. We can build you your own shopping cart and you can list only the products you want to sell.
