ONE (Set up your account)

To be able to set up your account you will need an activation code. There are two kinds of account:
 

1)  An account with a virtual number can be used to make calls to anywhere in the world and make and receive calls within the network. The cost is $20 and comes with a $20 account balance. There is a monthly maintenance charge of $3 on this account (MRC) and the account is reloadable using a voucher. For more information please refer to the FAQ.
 

2)  An account with a real number DID (Direct Inward Dialing, which means that you get a real telephone number) can be used to make calls to anywhere in the world and within the network - even to virtual numbers, receive calls, forward calls to any number in the world and have options such as voicemail and voicemail to e-mail. When you are not connected to the Internet your voice messages will be delivered to your e-mail account.

TWO (Enter your activation code)

Once you have your activation code, click HERE or go to the LOGIN page on this website and select the second option “If you have an activation code and want to create a new account.” 

Enter the activation code and follow the steps.  (Be sure to write down or remember your USER ID and password as you will need them to be able to log into your account in the future.) 

You only need to enter your first name, last name, password and e-mail address to be able to create an account. (To be able to add more funds to your account with a credit or debit card in the future, you will need to fill in all your details as they appear on your credit card statement.)

THREE

A little phone will open on your computer screen. If you have a headset and microphone you can make phone calls right away.

Always dial as if you are calling from the USA, no matter where in the world you are.

Examples:

To make a call to the USA, within the USA and to some Caribbean countries, dial 1, then the area code and the number.

To make a call to Europe, South America, Africa, Mexico or anywhere else in the world, dial 011, the country code, the city area code and the number.

ATTENTION: USB Flash Phone Users

If you have purchased a USB Flashphone, you do not need to download the driver. All you need to do is to set up your account. Once you have done that, you can close any open windows on your computer, plug the USB Flashphone into the USB port and your computer will find the new hardware and run the built-in driver from the USB Flashphone. 

After a few seconds, an account information page will open on your computer screen which will require you to enter your User ID and password. When you click save and submit, the little SoftPhone will open up right away and will register. Once you see READY you can dial from the handset.
