How does this calling system work and how and where can I use it?
This telecommunications system is one of a kind and has been engineered to serve the needs of crewmembers across the globe.
To make phone calls you need an account. To open an account, you
must buy an activation code. You can buy activation codes online or at our
partner locations. Click on LOGIN at the top right of this screen and
follow the links.
Once your account has been created you will be able to download a SoftPhone from your login page and register your soft phone. You will immediately be able to make phone calls
to anywhere in the world.
Can I make a phone call without buying any hardware?
Yes, you can make a phone call without any
hardware other than a headset, microphone and a computer. After you create an account, download the
SoftPhone and you are ready to call.
Where can I buy an activation code?
Click on the LOGIN button (above right on this
site) and you will find more information there.
How
do I add money to my account?
Once you have created your account you will see that you will have a balance. When the account balance gets low, you
can add funds online with a credit or debit card or with a voucher by
logging into your account and clicking “Add Money to My Account.”
If you have a voucher, you can also add funds directly from your VoIP device
(enter 00# and select Option 6.)
Where can I buy a voucher and how much can I load
onto my account?
When you click on the login page you will see where you can buy a
voucher. You can add as many vouchers to your account as you like.
What happens if I forget my password?
Right below the login button on the account home page is a recover password button, just click that and follow the instructions. A password will be emailed to you and then you can log into your account and change the password to a 7 digit number you can remember. The numbers must be continuous (no spaces or other characters) - otherwise the system will reject it.

Can I buy an activation code or voucher online?
Yes, simply click on LOGIN (above right on this site) and you will be able to purchase activation codes and vouchers online through our secure shopping cart.
Can I buy
hardware products online such USB phones and WIFI VoIP phones?
Yes, simply click on the products you want to buy, add them to your shopping cart, input your credit card information and click submit.
How long will it take to receive my purchased products?
Activation codes, PINs and vouchers can be viewed immediately once
your payment is complete and a copy will be sent to your e-mail address you
provide. Hardware will be shipped. Please view shipping details and
expected delivery time to different countries.
It is our mission to deliver your ordered products to you as quickly as we can.
We are currently contracting local distributors where you can buy hardware
in the ports of call.
Where will I be able to make phone calls from?
You can use the SoftPhone and both USB phones from any computer.
With the WIFI VoIP phone you should be able to log into any wireless network and make phone calls.
With a gateway and video phone, you just need Internet access (no computer.)

Can I have more than one account?
Yes, you can have as many accounts as you want.
Can I register an account for
someone else and send them the information so they can login, download the
SoftPhone and make phone calls?
Yes, you can purchase activation codes, register the account with their name, create the password and e-mail them the details. They can log into their account from wherever they are from this website, download the
SoftPhone and make calls. They will simply need to use a headset or microphone or both if they are not built into the computer they will be making the call from.
Will the system work with Windows Vista?
Yes, our system is Vista compatible.
Can I use the system with my MAC computer or download it on my Iphone?
No, it will not work on MAC or with the Iphone yet.
What do I do if I cannot hear the person I am calling or visa versa
when using the SoftPhone? • Make sure the computer you are making the call from is properly connected to the Internet.
• Check that your sound on the computer is turned on and volume and microphone balances are adjusted correctly.
• If you are using a microphone and headset, make sure that it is plugged into the computer and also that the plugs are not reversed.
• Do an audio and microphone check on your computer.
• If you are using the USB phone, make sure that the driver was automatically installed and the system reported ready to use.
• If this is in order and the soft phone is open and the program is running, click on the little wrench (above the little speaker image on the soft phone) and click on Audio Devices and make sure put all settings to USB. You can do testing there as well.
• Make sure the light on the USB phone is on.
• If it still does not work, close the soft phone unplug the USB phone, and then restart the computer.
• Wait until the computer is fully up and running and you have Internet. Test by clicking on
Internet explorer and opening a website to be sure you are connected to the Internet.
• Connect the USB phone and then open the soft phone. Do it in this order (do not reverse the order.)
• When you dial 00 and press the dial button you should hear “Please enter your password.”
This means you are connected to our switch and can now make calls.
How do I dial?
You always dial as if you are dialing from the USA, it does not matter where in the world you are calling from.
You will dial 011+country code+area code+number or 1+area code+number for calls to the USA and to many Caribbean countries.
Can I use the system from any country in the world?
Yes, from anywhere in the world, as long as you are connected to the Internet.
How do I know what my number will be?
When you purchase an activation code it will have a ten digit
virtual number such as 9994741111.
Can I get a real USA number?
Yes, when you purchase an activation code, you can buy an activation
code with a USA number (also called a “DID.”)
Can I get a European number?
Yes you can. This will allow your family and friends to dial a local number
in their country and your phone will ring.
Can I receive incoming calls?
You can receive incoming calls if you have purchased an activation code with a DID
(a "real" phone number.) You could be anywhere in the world and your friends and family can call
your number. Your phone will ring if you are connected to the Internet.
What if someone calls me but I am not on line?
The caller can leave a message and you can receive it in your email.
This is an option you set when logged into your account.
Is there a monthly fee to be able to use this system?
Yes, there is. It is $3 for a virtual number and $5 for a DID, with the
first month pro-rated based on the day of the month you activate your
account.
How do I check my balance on my account?
There are two ways to check your balance:
1. Login to your account and view your balance.
2. Dial 00# from your VoIP device, enter your password and
select Option 6 to hear your balance.
Where do I see the rates to the countries I will be calling to?
Login to your account to see rates.
How can I see what the cost was on the last call I made?
Log into your account and click on “Call History.”
